Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern registration to the Elintys waitlist (elintys.com). By signing up, you accept them in full.

2. Nature of the service at this stage

Elintys is currently in pre-launch development. Registration does not constitute a service contract, creates no financial obligation, and does not guarantee access to the final product. Beta access will be granted in signup order according to team priorities. Elintys reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the launch without notice.

3. Registrant commitments

• Provide accurate information (first name, email, role)
• Not impersonate another person
• Not submit multiple registrations to accumulate priority access

4. Elintys commitments

• Handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Keep you informed about project progress by email
• Never sell your data to third parties
• Allow you to unsubscribe at any time, free of charge

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (name, logo, text, design, code) are the exclusive property of Elintys. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Elintys cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site, nor for service interruptions caused by external factors.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada (Law 25, Civil Code of Quebec). Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.

8. Changes

Elintys may modify these terms at any time. Registrants will be notified by email in the event of a material change.
